This year we will be studying the following topics.

Scientific Method , Chemistry, Electricity & Magnetism, Physics and Waves and their applications

What is Physical Science? 

This year we will start to work with the new Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).These were adopted by the State School Board in November of 2013. 

We will still focus on Physical Science, however the focus has shifted from knowing content to being able to solve problemsand use engineering skills.
