School Site Council - Wednesday October 16 @ 3pm

Dear Parent or Guardian of SPMS,

Please take a moment to vote for parent members to the SPMS School Site Council for the 2019-2020 school-year. Please vote one time per community member here: Vote Here or  https://forms.gle/mKthkmsaMLSZbk3f9 by 11:59 pm on Sunday, October 13th 2019.

The School Site Council is a group of teachers, parents, classified employees, and students that works with the principal to develop, review and evaluate school improvement programs and school budgets. The main task of the SSC is the development of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). The purpose of the SPSA is to address how funds provided to the school will be used to improve the academic performance of all pupils, by developing school goals based on an analysis of data. The SSC must approve the plan, recommend it to the local governing board for approval, monitor its implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the planned activities at least annually.

Thank you for your support of SPMS and the School Site Council.

David Kubela
Principal, SPMS
