With the second semester underway, students are beginning to think about transitioning to the next school year. As part of an introduction to the high school, several SPHS student groups performed and spoke to eager eighth graders at South Pasadena Middle School.

Fifteen different SPHS programs, including ASB, Pep, Athletics, Marching Band, Orchestra, Choir, Dance, Drama, SkillsUSA, Sports Med, French, COPA Yearbook, Tiger, and Speech and Debate shared what to look forward to and how to get involved on campus. The SPHS Roadshow is part of several activities that help prepare students for their freshman year. The Middle School Families Night at SPHS, planned for Thursday, January 22 at 6:30 p.m., is another opportunity for students and families to learn about the programs offered.
